Why I write

I write because I am inspired to. Fictional worlds have been a part of my life since I was a small child. Many Movies, TV shows, and Novels have moved and influenced me throughout the years. Their worlds are vibrant and filled with complex and interesting characters. I've always dreamed of creating my own story. I wasn't always sure what that story was. It wasn't until about a decade ago that I had a firm grasp of what my story would entail. As such, there was time for many additional works...

Considering at one point I wanted to stop reading this book (when Sarah was having intrusive, violating, and horrific nightmares), I am 100% glad that I decided to keep going! I tend to enjoy thrillers with a dark theme, especially with a main character who really goes through the worst of it only to come out on top against all odds. I think the only part that was hard for me was the terrible nightmares that are described that made my stomach turn a little. But I just had to know how she would overcome it and everything that happened to this poor but incredible girl.
